Your role

• Provide support throughout the whole design process from planning new ranges to product selection.

• Collate design research, create color palettes and prepare and update design boards for each season as required.

• Assist with the production of design packs where required.

• Provide administrative support to the Design team, taking responsibility for tasks such as color matching, archiving fabrics, and logging samples.

• Job role-specific training covering the technical, operational, and skills training required, ensuring employees are able to perform their job effectively, and their knowledge and skills are up to date

• Individually tailored training to support both an employee’s individual needs and specific business requirements

• Training in areas such as health and safety, first aid, and manual handling to ensure our employees work in a safe environment

About you

• Graduating this summer with a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a similar subject.

• Experience or specialization in Womenswear & Childrenswear design is desirable.

• Intermediate user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong communication skills; capable of working well with other teams and building productive relationships.

• Highly self-motivated.

• Strong interest in fashion and awareness of trends.
