Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a Electrical Graduate Network Coordinator to join a high-performance team delivering 100% uptime and concierge-level service in one of Australia's premier hyperscale data centre environments.
We're looking for someone to support the operation, maintenance and
optimisation of the site-wide LV and HV electrical networks across the campus.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the operation and maintenance of LV & HV electrical systems across both campuses
Assist with switching activities, inspections, and routine maintenance
Help monitor and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
Work with senior engineers on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Support the preparation of MOPs, SOPs, and operational documentation
Liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities
Use systems such as BMS and monitoring tools to track performance
Conduct site walks and assist with safety and compliance checks
You bring:
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
1–2 years experience (internships or placements highly regarded)
Strong interest in data centres, critical facilities, or power systems
Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems (LV/HV)
Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, technical environment
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
