Greeting the customers coming in stores, assisting them while their purchases.
Arranging of racks and display of your allocated department.
Resolve service requests and complaints as per the defined process.
Interaction across touch points, including service centres, brands and stores to ensure timely resolution of the complaints
Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to the Customer Service Desk
