Handle several projects concurrently to make sure creative work looks great, and is thoughtful, accurate and delivered on-time and on-brand
Efficiently turn around revisions and production-ready files
Lead creative directions/solutions when approached with a challenge
Build and maintain working relationships with counterparts and clients
Lead by example and support team members to cultivate professional growth throughout the entire team

Work closely with Marketing Director and other members of the marketing team in the development of a design from start to finish
