At Exclusive Collection, we are committed to nurturing future hoteliers through our exciting 2-year Graduate Management Programme. This programme offers an opportunity to advance your career in hospitality by working in various operational departments such as Room Division, Food and Beverage, and Support Services. You'll also have the chance to return to your preferred department for further experience. The role includes some travel, allowing you to visit each hotel in our collection and attend workshops as part of the programme.

The Ideal Candidate
Are you right for us?
Our successful candidate will have;
• You must demonstrate a genuine Passion and Flair for the hospitality industry!
• A relevant hospitality related degree in any of the disciplines; Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Industry related experience (can include work placement) in customer facing roles.
• Due to the location of our properties you will have your own transportation to work.
• Eligibility to work in the UK for two year period of the programme.
• Ability to work shifts as required by the department to get the best out of your programme!
Are we right for you?
We expect a lot but we’ll give a lot to get the right people. There are 4 main things we look for
• We want people with bags of character. We don’t want you to hide your personality when you’re at work, we want you to feel comfortable, to be who you are.
• We want people people. You’ve got to like being around others, smiling and chatting because you like people, not because someone told him to smile and chat.
• We need extra milers. So if you think the job description is all you have to do, then we’re not for you. You have to put your heart into it.
• When you tell a guess you’re happy to help, you have to mean it.
