We’re after grads who bring energy, curiosity, and collaboration to everything they do.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a supportive, innovative team
A keen interest in developing your technical knowledge and learning how consultancy works
A curious mind and the ability to spot opportunities that deliver real value for clients
A GPA of 5+
Involvement in extracurricular activities would be a bonus (e.g. work experience, volunteering, sport, or clubs)
The right to work in New Zealand
And of course, you’ll be in your final year or recently graduated with a BUrbPlan(Hons), MUrbPlan, or PhD in a relevant discipline.
