We are seeking recent graduates with a drive to succeed to join our ever-expanding global business. As a key player in our continued growth, you will be conducting outbound calls to potential business clients via telephone to strike up relationships and explain the superior services we can provide to solve their HR and Employment Law needs.
The role offers an extensive and supportive training programme to get you up and running. Your goal is simple: the more new business you bring in, the more money you earn.
Salary: £23-£25K base salary, with genuine uncapped commission, leaving you with anything up to OTE of 40K - 60K+ per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
Via outbound calls and emails, you will be reaching out to prospective clients to generate leads and establish initial contact.
Identify and target potential business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
