Strong experience in API documentation, particularly in a banking or financial services context. Proficiency in XML DITA and other documentation tools. Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on API documentation. Familiarity with payment gateway systems and the banking domain. B.E. or any graduation or master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
