Collaborates with document authors, project management, project administrators and other departments to meet Client, Project or business deadlines, either in person or through electronic communication.

Assists in coordinating specific document production schedules by working with other Technical Writer/Editors, authors/requesters, and required Technical Publications resources. Serves as part of a functional team to complete assignments according to schedule.

Job Specific Knowledge
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
• Previous technical writing editing experience.
Industry Specific Experience
• 2 to 4 years of technical writing and editing experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or oil and gas environment.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
• Post-secondary education in technical communications or a related field.
HSE Capability
• Is aware of, adheres to, supports and promotes all HSE policies and procedures
IT Skills
• Proficient with several software applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat; ability to develop stable document templates.
People Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong client service orientation.
Other
• Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy, strong organization skills, flexibility and adaptability.
