As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to various functions such as
Supply Chain ,
Accounts, Technical Services and Sales . This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in day-to-day operations and project execution across your designated function
Work closely with mentors to understand processes and deliver on assigned tasks.
Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Proactively take initiatives to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
Learn and adapt to industry-specific tools, processes, and systems.
Person Specification :
Recent graduate in
Accounts, Commerce, Science and Maths.
Someone with the above educational background with upto 1 year of experience can also apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic learner with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes with guidance.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
