BeNoted is a fast-growing social media marketing agency from the Netherlands, working with well-known companies across the Netherlands and Europe, with a strong focus on financial and high-ticket service brands.
In February 2026, we’re taking the next step.
For the first time, we’re expanding to India and exploring the setup of a second location in Bangalore to scale our team and production capacity.
From February 3rd to February 13th, I’ll personally be in Bangalore to meet talented Designers who want to help build this next chapter from the ground up.

Who we’re looking for
We’re specifically looking for:
Graphic Designers (Adobe Photoshop required)
You will mainly be creating:
• Static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Social media designs
• Thumbnails & visual assets for campaigns
This is a static-design focused role with a strong emphasis on performance-driven visuals for advertising.
What we expect
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Experience creating social media content & ad creatives
• Understanding of what makes a design convert
• Eye for clean, modern and scroll-stopping visuals
• Ability to work fast and structured
Bonus points if you have experience with:
• Meta ads creatives
• Canva or Illustrator (not required)
How we work
Once we’ve gathered the right talent, we want to open a physical office in Bangalore and bring the team together.
In the beginning, we’re flexible:
• Working from home
• From a flex workspace
• Or another setup we agree on together

• Focused on Instagram funnels, short-form content & Meta ads
