• Develop and implement strategies to standardise the post-possession experience across zones
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Implement best practices to improve key performance metrics, such as NPS scores, EE&SM compliance, and GPL exit percentages
