As a Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics - Junior Executive at Nothing Else Matters (NEM Digital), you will play a crucial role in crafting visually appealing content that captures attention across various social media platforms. Collaborating with a creative team, you will be responsible for designing static visuals, creating engaging motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency in all your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design static creatives for social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, and ads.
- Develop brand-aligned visual assets like banners, posters, pitch decks, and digital collaterals.
- Adapt designs to fit different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
- Maintain visual coherence with brand guidelines and support campaign ideation.
- Create motion graphics including animated text, transitions, intros, and outros.
- Assist in editing short-form and long-form videos for social media channels.
- Animate kinetic typography, UI-style animations, and explainer visuals.
- Sync visuals with music, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance the overall output.
- Optimize videos for superior social performance by focusing on hooks, pacing, and retention.
