Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Web Designer & Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in web design tools and technologies, and a passion for creating innovative and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually stunning and intuitive websites that reflect our brand identity and meet user needs.
Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for website pages, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creation, to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
Conduct thorough testing and optimization of web designs and graphics to ensure compatibility, functionality, and performance across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a Web Designer & Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
