The Graphic Designer has a unique ability to advocate for a unified and trend right look and feel across the brand. They will use their research techniques and fashion industry knowledge to guide the merchandising teams in terms of colours, forms, shapes and patterns to provide a diverse offering of fast fashion products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design original graphics for women’s apparel including graphic tees, sweatshirts, AOP prints, and placement artwork
Develop print-ready artwork for production, ensuring accuracy in scale, color, and repeat
Create and update label packages, hangtags, and branding assets
Research trends, graphics, color, and typography relevant to the ladies’ market
Collaborate closely with buying team
Execute graphics across different levels of complexity, from basic to detailed designs
Revise artwork based on feedback and production needs in a timely manner
Keep all design files and CADs organized and up to date.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field
2+ years of experience in apparel graphic design (womenswear preferred)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Solid understanding of print techniques (screen print, puff, foil, embroidery, etc.)
Strong illustration, typography, and layout skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Open to feedback and able to adapt designs through multiple rounds of revisions.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of color and composition
Ability to work as a team and maintain a high level of professionalism
