The Role:
As a Graphic Designer at Proganics, your primary focus will be creating digital content for ads, social media, and email campaigns. You’ll play a key role in crafting the visuals that drive our online presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work on packaging design and branding projects that align with our health and wellness values.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Morningside, Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Ads & Content Creation: Develop eye-catching, on-brand visuals for digital ads, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Video Creation & Editing: Create and edit engaging videos and social media reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Packaging Design: Support the design of product packaging, ensuring consistency with our brand’s clean and natural aesthetic.
Website & E-commerce Assets: Design website banners, promotional graphics, and other digital assets for our online store.
Print Design: Create printed materials such as brochures, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with the team to ensure all visuals are aligned with Proganics’ overall branding and marketing strategy.
About You:
You are a creative professional with a strong focus on digital design and experience creating content for social media and digital marketing. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for branding, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. Experience with product packaging is a plus, but your main strength lies in delivering dynamic and engaging digital content.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on digital ads and digital content creation.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Figma
Video editing skills, especially for social media reels and short-form content.
Ability to work on multiple digital platforms and understand how to tailor content for different audiences (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, email marketing).
Experience with packaging design is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in digital content and ad creation.
