Position: Account Coordinator (Remote)
We are currently seeking a motivated Account Coordinator to join our team on a ++ month assignment basis, with potential for extension or conversion. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to thrive in a comfortable environment while contributing to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account management teams to facilitate new business initiatives and track key performance metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for national sales inquiries, maintaining accurate data logs and promptly addressing client needs.
Efficiently set up and manage new accounts within financial systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Utilize customer account set-up reports to conduct thorough analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in day-to-day departmental operations, including client communication, report generation, and task coordination.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve membership issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer set-up discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer account management, client services, or sales support roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce is required, with familiarity in SAP considered highly advantageous.
Experience With Contact Lifestyle Management Tools Preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in managing large volumes of email correspondence.
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly analyze data and situations.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer with experience in both graphic and web design to work with an independent entertainment company.
The ideal candidate will be a one-stop-shop for all our creative needs, capable of handling tasks from branding asset development to creating engaging on-brand content for online, offline, print, web and social media.
Must be available to work between 7:30 pm and 02:30 am India Time.
If you have a proven track record in graphic design, web design, print design, brand asset creation, and marketing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Create compelling visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media. Develop logos, media kits, presentations and other brand assets.
Web Design: Design user-friendly websites & pages that align with our brand's aesthetic and functionality requirements. Update company website content, create new pages, page sections, layouts, etc., using WP and Elementor.
Print Design: Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters that effectively communicate our brand message.
Presentation Decks: Create engaging and professional presentation decks that help attract sponsors and investors.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Requirements
Solid experience in graphic design and photo editing, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Solid experience in website design and maintenance using WordPress, Elementor and related software and plugins including WooCommerce, Shopify and other integrations.
Solid experience in creating marketing materials for the US market.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills.
The following skills are a major plus:
Experience in customizing web templates.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
General copy-editing skills for the purpose of creating engaging graphic design layouts.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light web development.
Light video editing including trimming videos for clips, graphic overlays, social media posts, etc.
Experience in customizing motion graphics templates.
