Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Naroda on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design. This role involves creating visually compelling designs and requires proficiency in various design tools and software. The candidate will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill) for creating, editing, and enhancing images and graphics.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector-based artwork and illustrations for diverse design projects.
Solid understanding of UI/UX Design principles and the ability to apply them in digital design projects.
Experience with Figma for designing user interfaces and collaborating on design projects efficiently.
Familiarity with Sketch, a leading design tool for creating user-friendly and engaging digital experiences.
Hands-on knowledge of Adobe InDesign for desktop publishing and laying out print and digital materials.
Strong typography skills to effectively convey messages and enhance visual communication in design.
Experience in Brand Identity Design to create and develop cohesive branding materials for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative design solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new design concepts and campaigns.
Maintain a repository of design templates and graphics for use across multiple projects and platforms.
Review final designs for errors and ensure quality standards are met before printing or publishing.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and software developments to continuously improve design processes.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling graphics for advertising and promotional materials.
Assist in the development and refinement of brand visuals to ensure consistency across all channels.
