Overview About Role We have an exciting role of Graphic Design (Digital)-Lead to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies. Responsibilities • Experience using FIGMA across all digital platforms. • Able to lead design projects and experience in presenting work to clients. • A solid knowledge of artworking, print and production, file formats, colour management set-ups. • Have a deep experience of presenting their own work to clients. • Be able to concept, visualize, plan and design work according the any briefs and project specifications and discuss these concepts/ideas/designs with colleagues. Qualifications Required Skills • Senior Designer to work alongside the Content Team (6 designers, 2 copywriters) and report into our HOD. 8+ years of experience required across multiple brands, working at companies in Graphic Design • Design and produce all mixed media/ diverse creative assets across channels (Social, Digital, OOH, Print, POS assets). • Lead projects from end to end, collaborating with client services and others in the Content Team. • Experience in designing integrated, multi-media campaigns. • Excellent proven working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Excellent communication skills • Producing work to a high standard, under pressure and within tight deadlines • Confidence to also work individually. • Producing work to a high standard, under pressure and within tight deadlines
