Key Responsibilities

🎯 Graphic Design

Design static creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube thumbnails

Develop marketing collaterals: brochures, pitch decks, banners, emailers, and event invites

Design clean, on-brand presentations & reports (PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite)

🎬 Video Editing

Edit short-form videos (reels, shorts) and long-form content (YouTube episodes, promos)

Add text overlays, transitions, audio syncing, and animations

Repurpose raw footage into engaging clips for social media

Maintain brand guidelines, motion style consistency, and turnarounds

📌 Creative Ownership

Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize campaign visuals

Handle end-to-end content from ideation to execution

Suggest trends, new formats, and platform-specific creative strategies

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or Final Cut Pro)

Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and branding

Ability to create both vector and image-based graphics

Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a bonus

Fast, detail-oriented, and organized — with a strong portfolio

Good to Have

Experience in motion graphics or 2D animation

Knowledge of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts trends

Ability to shoot or direct simple video content

UI/UX sense for landing pages is an added plus

Reporting Structure

You will report to Mr. Sakthikumaran, Business Head, and co-report to Mr. Ronak M. Patel, Founder & CEO.
