Experienced Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and create stunning visuals that capture the essence of our properties.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Graphic Design:
• Create eye-catching social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Design and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Develop visually compelling presentations, email templates, and digital ads.
• Edit and enhance property photos and videos.
✅ Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate real estate leads.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve marketing performance.
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Digital Marketer (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with social media management and advertising tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills for ad copy and social media posts.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
