About The Internship
We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our creative team as a graphic designer & video editor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and proficiency in both graphic design and video editing.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Graphic Design:
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various platforms, including print and digital media
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand across different projects
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand design requirements and objectives
• Produce high-quality graphics, including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, banners, and promotional materials
• Ensure consistency in design elements and branding throughout all materials
• Video Editing:
• Review and select the best footage for video projects based on the script or storyboard
• Edit and assemble raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos
• Apply transitions, effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the videos
• Edit and mix audio to achieve a polished and professional sound
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless integration of video elements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of current design and video editing trends

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per design).
