Job Description
Reporting directly to the Integrated Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of ASICS digital assets for ASICS owned channels (such as the ASICS website and social media pages) and producing assets that represent the brand across wholesale and other partner channels and touchpoints.
Day-to-day function will see you working with all members of the marketing team on multiple projects and managing relationships while providing exceptional client service.
So, what goes into making that happen?
Creatively concept and produce graphically designed digital assets such as Key Visuals, EDM’s, website banners, and social assets for regional campaigns leveraging stills and motion graphics provided
Resize global campaign assets across various formats for ASICS owned and borrowed touchpoints
Develop digital content to support ASICS loyalty program (OneASICS) digital campaigns and content initiatives
Manage Digital Asset Management library for ASICS (uploading imagery for pack shots and campaigns)
Provide content support to Content Creator and wider marketing team at key events throughout the year such as Gold Coast Marathon, Sydney Marathon.
Experience in Print Based Graphic Design such as Trade Stand & Retail visuals, delivering print ready graphic design files desirable
Manage graphic design content calendar

Proven experience in graphic design creating digital and print graphics a must
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Good initiative toward driving outcomes and creative solutions
Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate workload to meet deadlines
Exceptional organisation skills and ability to priorities effectively required in organising delivery timelines and working to production calendar
Strong communication skills – you will share ideas, ask feedback, put your hand up if you need help and contribute to the team environment
A resilient yet flexible approach, and be capable of working autonomously and in a team, within a dynamic fast changing environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
High level initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation
The ability to think strategically and identify key opportunities and improvements
High level professionalism, consistent manner with particular attention to detail
Experience capturing social content on mobile phone or DSLR camera desirable however not essential
