Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging and high-quality designs for:
• Social media creatives
• Digital ads & banners
• Branding materials
• Presentations
• Marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, etc.)
• Translate marketing and brand strategies into strong visual concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, styles, and technologies.
• Use AI tools (such as generative design, image enhancement, and automation) to improve speed and output quality.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure design aligns with campaign goals.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute innovative design ideas.
Required Skills
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, modern, and high-quality work.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Canva (advanced level preferred)
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (layout, spacing, typography, user behavior).
• Understanding of:
• Color theory
• Typography
• Visual hierarchy
• Branding fundamentals
• Ability to use AI design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Good understanding of digital platforms (social media formats, ad sizes, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
