Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all digital and print platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing graphics.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines effectively.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in digital and print media design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with exceptional portfolios may be considered).
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
