Position: Graphic Designer (Luxury Cosmetic Brand) Location: India (Hybrid) About Us: We are a luxury Cosmetic brand that emphasizes quality, elegance, and innovation. We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can translate our vision into compelling visuals that resonate with our sophisticated audience. Key Responsibilities: · Design captivating social media ads, banners, and print materials for product launches and campaigns. · Study design briefs and determine requirements. · Schedule projects and define budget constraints. · Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. · Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. · Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create consistent and cohesive branding visuals. · Develop aesthetically pleasing designs that reflect luxury, refinement, and exclusivity. · Ensure all designs are on-brand and aligned with our core values of quality and luxury. · Adapt designs for various platforms (social media, web, print) while maintaining a high standard of quality. · Stay updated on design trends and luxury brand aesthetics to innovate and improve campaign visuals. Key Requirements: · Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry. · Strong portfolio showcasing work in luxury or high-end product branding. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. · Have a keen eye for detail, color, and typography. · Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team. Key skills Preferred: · Proven 5+ Years of graphic design experience. · Experience with skincare or cosmetic brands. · Familiarity with social media trends and ad formats (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn etc.). · A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics · Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) · A keen eye for aesthetics and details · Excellent communication skills · Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines · Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plu
