Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of curiosity and creativity and will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
Ensure consistency in design and uphold the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Expected Outcomes :
Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
Use AI tools to produce professional designs faster.
Interest in simple video graphics is an added advantage.
Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :
1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail to produce visually engaging designs.
