Full job description
Develop creative design concepts for product packaging, brochures, visual aids, doctor leave-behinds (DLs), banners, and promotional material.
Design engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, and presentations.
Coordinate with the product management team to understand marketing objectives and translate them into visual communications.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and meet pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
Prepare final layouts for printing and coordinate with printers or vendors for timely delivery.
Adapt and modify existing artwork as per the feedback from the marketing and medical affairs team.
Maintain a repository of all design work and manage version control of visual materials.
Support in developing corporate branding materials such as logos, letterheads, trade stall designs, and training manuals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
Understanding of branding and packaging design specific to the pharma industry.
Knowledge of visual communication best practices for medical/scientific products.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for clean and professional layout.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of printing processes and color correction is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry setup.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
