Full job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can convert our brand vision into compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. From product catalogs to social media creatives, technical brochures to trade show booths — your designs will be seen by builders, architects, urban planners, and government buyers. You’ll work closely with our founders and marketing team to define, execute, and evolve companies visual identity. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the support to execute, and the exposure to create a design portfolio that moves the industry.
Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Branding: Design marketing collaterals: brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and promotional material. Create scroll-stopping digital creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Maintain a consistent and sharp visual identity across all touchpoints.
2. Product Communication: Work with technical and sales teams to visualize product applications, benefits, and technical data. Turn CAD drawings, rough sketches, or reference images into professional visual content. Create infographics, spec sheets, and clean documentation for client kits and proposals.
3. Campaign & Digital Asset Creation: Design creatives for paid ad campaigns, social media series, and emailers. Collaborate on booth designs, exhibition graphics, and event branding. Design packaging concepts, product labels, and signage.
4. Website & UI Elements: Support the web team with banners, icons, product visuals, and layouts. Provide inputs on user-centric design for better lead generation and navigation. 5. Creative Support for Sales & Marketing: Help design decks, videos, thumbnails, and merchandising material. Work with content creators, photographers, and printers when needed.
Brownie Points If You Have: A great portfolio with industrial/B2B experience Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Keyshot for rapid prototyping Experience working with exhibition/event collaterals Knowledge of 3D tools or basic video editing (Blender, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Ability to think like a marketer and execute like a designer Strong typography, layout, and color theory fundamentals Exposure to product-based companies or D2C brand
