About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in creating visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs. You will collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to deliver design assets that elevate our brand and messaging.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design visual content for social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, banners, infographics, emailers, and more.
Work closely with content and marketing teams to understand requirements and create designs aligned with campaign goals.
Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
Edit and revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
Create templates and design systems for recurring formats.
Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep content modern and engaging.
Ensure all visuals are optimized for web, social, and print platforms.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer or visual designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across formats and industries.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of file formats, resolutions, and design specifications for different platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion graphics or basic animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva Pro animations, etc.).
Familiarity with video editing tools or collaboration with video teams.
Experience creating UI assets or working on product design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
Knowledge of print design formats such as packaging, posters, flyers, etc.
Exposure to marketing or campaign-based creative design.
