Job description
We are an innovative, PE-backed start-up whose venture straddles insurance, finance, travel, and technology in the B2B space. We come from organisations such as Citi, PhonePe, HDFC Bank, Bain, etc., are backed by a well-established PE firm and incubated by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses. We are a driven team, working from a cool office in the Western suburbs of Mumbai (We have no WFH/Hybrid model) at a breakneck pace as we launch innovative travel, ancillary, and insurtech products.

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on head of UI/UX and Graphic design to join our founding team.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop wireframes and lead Ul/UX design, ensuring visual appeal and user-friendly interfaces for travel ancillary and insurance products.
- Create marketing materials for insurance and travel, including brochures, guides, flyers, ads, etc.
- Create visuals for campaigns, such as explainer videos, social media graphics, and infographics.

Qualifications

- 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with a digital agency, corporate, or travel business
- Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects
- Video editing experience will be a plus
- Excellent communication and design skills and stellar attention to detail
- A strong interest in marketing and scaling Digital products – preferably in travel, insurance, or any leading product company
- A powerful work ethic, including being present with the rest of the start-up team as we build out our products
