Job Description:
As an experienced Graphics Designer at Leapswitch Networks, you will be responsible for designing creative assets and editing videos that align with our marketing strategy. Your work will span a variety of visual design needs, including social media posts, booth designs, poster designs, ad copies for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, digital promotional materials for our products, and video editing for promotional videos.
You will also assist with creating visually appealing presentations (PPTs) and PDFs. This is an on-desk position, requiring the designer to work in-office, collaborating closely with the
marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design eye-catching and effective graphics for social media posts across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Create visually engaging booth designs for trade shows and events, including posters and banners.
• Develop creative ad copies and designs for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Edit promotional videos, product demos, and other video content for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful PPTs and PDFs that represent the company’s products and services.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Create compelling visuals for internal and external communications, ensuring that each design supports business objectives.
• Assist in digital marketing efforts through engaging graphic design and video content that resonates with B2B clients.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,etc.), Canva, and other design tools.
• Experience in B2B graphic design or similar industries.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing design (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media graphics).
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) not limited with it.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with brand strategy.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools and websites that can assist in creating content.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in creating booth designs and trade show materials.
• Proficiency in animation and motion graphics is a plus.
