About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Graphic Designer to own visual content across our group of companies. This isn’t a “make one poster a week” role. You will shape how our brands look online.
You’ll create:
High-impact social media creatives
Website designs (full PSDs) ready for development
Consistent, on-brand visuals across platforms
Key Responsibilities
Design branded social media content (static, carousel, short videos, banners, ads)
Create complete website designs in PSD (home pages, landing pages, inner pages)
Maintain brand consistency across multiple companies
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
Translate briefs into clean, conversion-focused visuals
Revise designs based on internal & client feedback (without ego)
Manage multiple projects and deadlines without constant chasing
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong command of Photoshop and other designing tools (PSD structuring is critical)
Solid understanding of branding & visual hierarchy
Experience designing for web & social media
Knowledge of typography, spacing, color theory
Ability to design with marketing goals in mind (not just pretty visuals)
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
Figma / Adobe XD experience
UI/UX Knowledge
Experience working with marketing or digital agencies or development team
Motion graphics (After Effects / animations)
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
