Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Young, Passionate, creative graphic designer cum video editor to join our team. you will be responsible for creating posters and videos for internal and external purposes. You may work independently or with a team, depending on the size of the project, using your honed communication skills to work effectively with other team members. Candidates should be familiar with video editing software, like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc. This is a key role in marketing, and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the finished result. You'll usually work closely with the creative team to achieve the desired result. Experience: 0 to 1 years RESPONSIBILITIES: Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms; Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data; Edit video clips for use on social media platforms; Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, brochures, flyer, presentations, email signatures); Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files; Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list. Working on video footage using modern editing techniques. Ensuring that the video/project given should meet the given timelines. Minimal Animation videos JOB DESCRIPTION: Create posters and videos to post on various social media platforms, including YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, Linkedin, etc. to create an engaging end product. · Use the latest animation techniques and infographic elements to enhance the video quality. · Maintain Brand consistency in posters and videos in regards to animations, effects, and overall theme. · Stay up-to-date with current creative and technical trends. · Ability to take feedback and respond with changes accordingly · When needed, drive on-site video shoots QUALIFICATIONS: A diploma/certification in Graphic Design or video editing Plus a degree ideally in Arts, Media, Communications, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images; Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues; Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; Should have good knowledge of video editing and motion graphics Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc. Able to visualize and create output according to script Meet deadlines and ensure high-end quality. Ability to translate ideas into complete projects with guidance
