Digital and D2C is a core focus area for us. We are looking to expand our core team to grow our business exponentially and establish Snack Amor as a leading household health food and snacking brand.
To accomplish our vision of being a digital first’ brand, Snack Amor is looking for a hustlers and growth enablers to join our team and transform our digital strategy and execution.
This is an opportunity to be a part of core team and will work closely with the founder. Founder has extensive global experience in the food industry and has proven track record of scaling up businesses from start up stage to multi million dollar business units.
Position is based in Mumbai and looking to start immediately. The position comes with a competitive compensation, attractive stock option plan and great rewards.
You will :
• Graphic designing skills on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Primere Pro etc. (KNOWLEDGE OF AFTER EFFECTS IS IMPORTANT)
• Provide content, social media, campaign creation / management, performance marketing and influence strategy and tactical execution
• Drive the shift towards precision advertising on digital platforms supporting with campaign design, technologies and partners
• Manage KPIs collection and formalize the relevant action plans based on data
• Ensure platforms excellence
• Streamline digital partners ecosystem with the optimized operating model
• Ensure best implementation on data and content platforms
• Devise a robust direct to consumer (D2C) plan. Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
• Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
