Job Description
Responsibilities
• The Graphic Designer is responsible to lead design and develop graphical content
• Understand client needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose
• Think creatively to produce new design ideas and concepts
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Should be conversant with adult learning techniques
• Execute the ideas to develop the final output (video, PDF, illustrations, HTML interactivities) promptly
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs
Education Qualification: Post-Graduation/Graduation (Preferably from Art School)
Experience: 3+ years of Experience in :
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Developing innovative/creative designs
• Experienced in Graphics designing software including Photoshop, Video-editing, PowerPoint, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign Images and Basic HTML
Other Requirements:
Functional/Technical Skills: Ability to,
• Do need analysis and arrive at creative design-based solution
• Conduct Quality Review of content design, presentation & aesthetics
• Create/edit Video, PDF & Sound understanding of HTML
• Create Infographics and data-based illustrations
Skills Sets Required: Have,
• Good design sense
• Ability to design using software as mentioned above
• Good communication skills in English language (oral and written)
• Ability to collaborate
• Ability to take responsibility with minimal supervision. Self-starter
Soft Skills :
• Proactive in picking up new tasks and eager to learn / engage with new content
• Diligent & detail-oriented
• Ability to engage with stakeholders – internal (across functions and markets) and external (vendors and suppliers).
