The Challenge
STAGE is looking for a graphic designer who’ll be a part of the Content Marketing team to create stunning creatives that will connect with audiences & ensure higher CTRs.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Produce creative assets for marketing campaigns including digital creatives for social media, offline creatives, and Episode creatives for shows
• Understanding brand visual guidelines, color palettes, and templates
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Working in coordination with editors/content producers/other teammates to come up with concepts and create highly engaging graphics
• Work with internal and external teams to deliver graphics
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs and digital creatives
• Work with the content, creative marketing & branding team
• Advance preparation of Social media content in sync with calendar
Expectations
• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, etc
• Knowledge of all social platform to produce promotional content
• Entertainment industry experience
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Ability to organize and schedule work effectively and balance multiple priorities, project timelines, and deadlines
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Growth and Ownership mindset
• Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
• Minimum 2 year of experience

STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup comedy, poetry, folk & much more.
Started in 2026, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanvi and Rajasthani only as a dialect
It has
become the largest OTT in the region by generating 2m+ downloads already.
We are a 100% remote team of 40, headquartered in Noida
