We’re looking for a graphic designer to envision & translate Fundamento’s vision and personality into social & business branding collaterals.
We’re looking for a visual storyteller who can translate data into interesting visuals and charts / graphs to convey impact.
What the role entails :
• Being an Expert Designer and Brand Guardian
• Enforcing consistency of brand standards and working internally with cross-functional teams to stay up to date with changes;
have a strong familiarity with look, feel, voice and overall brand presence.
• Creating high-end quality work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment, to meet deadlines and expectations for creativity, quality, and accuracy using Figma and Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint / Excel Charts).
• Designing for the brand’s social media & employer branding presence
• Maintaining a high degree of quality control through self-proofing and adhering to the Fundamento style guide.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• College degree in a graphic design or closely-related discipline
• 2-3 years experience in a graphic design role
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent design sense with strong typography and social media marketing design sense (B2B product experience preferred)
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe suite, Final cut pro / Premiere Pro and Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint / Excel) and other design software.
• Hands on video editing experience
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must exhibit teamwork with members of the team, take direction yet make decisions independently.
