Designation: Web and Graphic Designer
Work Location: Chennai
Purpose:
An artful designer who has an eye for a clean, simple design. You should be possessive to provide superior UI transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.Graphic Designers live and breathe design, typography, colour theory, and composition. Responsible for creating stunning visuals for both print and digital media. Well versed with information architecture and able to organise it effectively. Never stops learning, constantly striving to improve and broaden skills.
Goals and Deliverables:
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders like UI/UX designers, developers, copywriters, marketers to translate and render marketing and brand strategies.
• With ideas and aesthetics needs continuous optimization so that it loads quickly on all devices resulting in superior experience and least bounce rates for the website on any device. Own and upgrade the experience of website
• Responsible and deliver marketing assets like brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, illustrations, videos, motion graphics etc
As a Web and Graphic Designer:
• You will be proficient with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, After effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and other visual design and wire framing tools
• You will be a quick ideator understanding the user and product requirement by collaborating with different stake holders like product coaches, marketers with inception before execution.
• You should be able to design landing pages or design creatives and showcase/present them to various stakeholders and familiar with agile-scrum development process
• You will illustrate design ideas with mood boards or story boards, process flows and build wireframe, prototypes.
• You will work with product marketers to create quick assets like brochures, flyers, posters
• You will have to proficient with video editing skills basic 2d character animation to create teaser and promotional videos
• You will have to continuously measure and improve the website experience with analytical tools.
• You will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standard
• You will have to develop a problem solving mindset, thus identify and trouble shoot UX problems like responsiveness etc
• You have proven experience with graphic and web design with a strong portfolio
• Good to have proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
