Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Graphic Designer in Chennai, India.
A results-driven and out-of-the-box thinker adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and able to engage, influence and work closely with diverse stakeholders.
What a typical day looks like:
• Design employee-communications for stakeholders of GBS India
• Manage the India HR Portal
• Support management of Global HR Portal and processes
• Ideate and implement creative employee engagement campaigns
• Set up and administrate webinars for India employee communications support and Global HR communications support
• Support communication campaigns and stakeholder management for various Global HR and Corporate programs.
• Manage pages and content of the HR intranet through constant collaboration with vertical SPOCs.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in creative design/ corporate communications
• Graduate or postgraduate in Visual Communications, Journalism or Fine Arts
• Certification in Visual Media /Graphic Design/ Advertising Design
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Knowledge of graphic designing
• Basic knowledge of CMS website management
• Social media management
• Content writing skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
