Job Description Summary :
The Senior Graphic Specialist demonstrates creative mind, technical skill and enthusiasm leveraging talents to communicate original and effective business solutions through existing and emerging channels. Additionally, as a support service to the Creative Department, a Senior Digital Artist must be able follow artistic direction and collaborate with Art Directors, as well as be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

The Senior Graphic Specialist is a graphic design professional and is the liaison between a creative concept and the actual physical creative product. Primarily responsible for overall structure visual look via various digital and traditional formats including (but not limited to) emails, intranet articles, presentations, event collateral, infographics, social media etc. - Responsibilities range from tactical (e.g., designing presentation slides) to strategic (e.g., pitching creative approaches to a communication campaign). - Provides consultation on potential and recommended approaches for design projects (e.g., optimal format, style, etc.). - Ensures that design standards are upheld on all corporate communications, also able to explore new interpretations of the brand. - Creates unique designs for online, emails, presentations, signage, event posters and invitations, as needed. - Works with teams to make sure the highest-quality work is being produced, and consistently hits deadlines. - Recommends, researches and develops the latest trends/experiences to support creative strategy and execution. - Work closely with a team of designers and writers, to develop and manage timelines for distribution/posting of internal communications collateral.
