Job Description
Role & Responsibility:
This role seeks a full-time Graphic Designer. This individual would be responsible for creating marketing collateral and communication design like emailers, banners, promotional material and social media posts. The position is based in Gurgaon, India and the person will be reporting directly to the Lead - Product Designer
• Create design concepts that are consistent with brand strategy and communications goals. Extend brand visuals to new vehicles and platforms as needed.
• Create relevant copy for the design concept in line with the overall brand strategy
• Communication design for any of the media we use emailers, banners, promotional, social handles like Facebook, Pinterest etc
• Coordinate schedules and project deliverables with project managers and other team members.
• Stay abreast of new digital and print communications methods and how to design for them from a visual perspective (digital or print).
• Maintain graphic resources and information systems.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4-7 years of design experience in a design, branding or in-house studio or an agency.
• Social media agency experience will be added advantage.
• Degree in graphic design (B.F.A., M.F.A., or equivalent).
Additional information:
• Excellent conceptualization and typography skills.
• Solid knowledge of design systems and templates, grid structures, layout principles, color theory and information design
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear and compelling visual solutions
• Demonstrable skills across online designs
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects.
• Good command over the language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a high volume, energetic, deadline driven environment with attention to detail and an emphasis on accuracy and quality
