Job Description
• We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience in the digital space, with a keen understanding of both Website/Mobile app banners and email design.
• Collaborate across departments to develop & execute creative designs based on a shared design Brief
• Come up with innovative ideas appropriate to the requirements of the right target audience
• Being up to date with competitors' creative presence
• Execute designs for various collaterals, websites, digital ads, and campaign concepts and adapt as per the standards & latest design trends
• Examine existing process flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
Requirements
• 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with email and banner designing
• Candidates with E-commerce experience will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Adobe Premier, After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools are a plus.
• Understanding of graphic designing for creatives on online media.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Project ownership & end-to-end execution
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to produce results in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines
