As a Graphic Designer, you’re the cornerstone for aesthetics and visual excellence for each engagement that you are a part of. Apart from being a visual storyteller, you’re a creative who can catch every single misalignment, enjoy playing around with colour palettes, experiment with grids and concepts, passionate about typography, illustrations and style guides, possess a good understanding of visual principles and dare to visualise any piece of information in the abstract and driving that vision into evolved graphic designs. In your role, you will support in creating, designing and formatting narratives for our Sales and Pre-sales teams worldwide in their pursuits.

Responsibilities:
• You will help the sales, design, and technology leads tell their stories using the most creative, innovative, and engaging content and design.
• You will be responsible for providing compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of needs: from single slide production in Keynote to kick-start a meeting, to customised presentation designs and alternative storytelling solutions.
• Through innovative visual strategies, you will be able to translate complex ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that create an impact. You will problem-solve within the teams and/ or with our consultants to develop ideas to transform presentations into more visually engaging and interactive experience for our clients.
• You will handle an extensive schedule of design requests and assignments from teams in various locations with different priorities. To sum it up, you will master the art of adhering to tight deadlines alongside intertwining a strong culture of creativity and professionalism.
• Experiment with the latest design practices, tools & techniques
Preferred Qualifications and Expectations:
• 1-5 years of industry experience
• An online portfolio showcasing latest projects
• Solid communication skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Keynote, Powerpoint, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Spline, and understanding of all the latest tools
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve team goals Ability to create original artworks, illustrations and icons is a plus
