Responsibilities:

Design clear engaging graphic communications for web, mobile, and print - this includes direct mail pieces, brand promotional items, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate their messaging concepts into graphic/visual marketing material.
Think creatively and independently for design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Grow online social networks by acquiring new fan bases and increasing interactions via designs.
Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels
Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere pro, and After effects and familiarity with other design software and technologies.
Exposure to Finance or B2B products will be a plus.
Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
Must have excellent time management skills
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
Education: Graduate preferred
Candidates preferred from Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years as Graphic Designer
