Job Title - Graphics Designer
Location - Nagpur
Position - Full Time

Responsibilities
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
Managing marketing team ideas from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production and reaching their expectations.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
Keeping designs up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
Ensuring project completion in a time bound manner.
Advising team on best practices and optimizations trending in the market.
Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure smoother workflow and generation of better designs.
Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
Working closely with social media teams and creating designs, posters or related content based on deep understanding of the requirements put forward.
Creation and regular upgradation of all types of marketing materials
Establishing a creative direction for the organization within brand guidelines.
Requirements
Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw and Illustrator
Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of two years experience in graphic design
