Job Role: Graphic Designer
Job Type: Full time
Location: Mumbai (no remote work)
CTC Range: INR 4,00,00 to INR 8,40,000
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns and email templates, and video animation
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Create images and layouts by hand or using design software
Test graphics across various media
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative leads to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Candidate Requirements:
A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Soft skills like Emotional Intelligence, Storytelling and Creative Thinking (role play simulation-based training provided as part of placement process)
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus

The Training:
The Workverse is a simulated workplace environment where you learn to apply 21st-century workplace skills. You assume the role of a core team member of an imaginary startup and are at the centre of 100+ workplace scenarios. You pitch to clients, negotiate with vendors, solve problems, draft powerful communication, engage with customers, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and even navigate workplace politics! By the time you’re done, you will be able to tackle any scenario or challenge that comes your way in the real world of work!
