Work closely with content creators for ideation through team discussions and develop concepts to further the visual story-telling on social media channels
Contribute to improving the overall visual appeal of all company assets, both for external candidates and the employee experience at all touch points
Contribute to the overall reach, engagement, and quality of the culture and channels through creative design
Study source materials for posts research relevant concepts required for ideating and executing design
Communicate with TA teams about requirements for layout and design and create effective design briefs
Assist in creating a repository of illustration assets to ease the execution of design for both EB and TA functions
