A&O is a digital and branding and digital agency working based in Mumbai. Clients include Bira, Bombay Shirt Co, SuperBottoms, Panasonic, Raw Pressery, Big Bazaar, Singapore Airlines, and UpGrad amongst others. As part of our growing digital team we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer
With an impressive 3+ years career built around brand design and communication, you will have so far worked on conceptually outstanding and brilliantly executed briefs.
Your task as a Senior Designer will be:
To decode a client brief, and come up with the creative strategy
Actively participate in brainstorming/ideation sessions and come up with effective ideas
Lead client presentations with strategy and creative designs, and impress them with your work
Creative direction of shoots and creative input, as well as take lead of the post-production process
Mentor/groom our junior designers and talent pool
Working as part of a team or autonomously, you will need to provide feedback on other creative work in relation to specific briefs.
Explore solutions and design routes with Creative Directors and Creative Heads Successfully deliver projects on time If you can create engaging creative solutions with minimal guidance then this is a demanding but fulfilling role.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
Graphic designer: 1 year (Preferred)
