Designer Brand: Ensemble, India
Location: Kalaghoda, Mumbai
Salary upto 540000 per annum

POSITION SUMMARY:
• The Visual/Graphic Designer will be responsible for maintaining an elevated and differentiated visual identity for the Ensemble brand as it moves into the digital and omni-channel world.
• The Designer will be responsible for the look and feel of Ensemble editorial content and marketing assets. As well as ensuring the guidelines for all applications of the Ensemble graphic identity are respected and coherent across all content types and touchpoints online & in stores.
• Working closely with our creative team and content team in designing impactful ways to drive brand messages and business objectives for the online shop and physical stores, social media and digital marketing.
• The role will report directly to the Manager - Content Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design all visual & graphic content for our online shop.
● Create the design and layout of online marketing and communications campaigns including display advertising, email, SMS and affiliate marketing assets.
● Create the design and layout of all social media content.
● Creative Collaborator: Partner closely with content, marketing, merchandising and retail teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns for a robust 360 client experience that encourages stronger engagement.
● Contribute to the development of a strong, innovative and well-defined graphic design language for the brand.
● Exceptional ability in translating concepts into content in a unique and brand-appropriate form.
● Maintain a rigorous editorial publishing schedule.
● Expert in Digital: Understand and strategically apply the latest platform/industry/creative trends and digital best practices eg motion graphics.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum 2 years of design experience & branding
● Knowledge and experience in digital channels and social landscape
● Passion for [Indian] fashion
● Understanding of photography, typography, layout principles, production process.
● Excellent understanding of page layout, typography and interaction design
●Good Communication skills
● Interest in Art Direction, experience an asset
● Experience with Sketch/Invision a plus
● Strong understanding of fashion photography and the luxury market
● Team player: Enjoys working with others and collaborating with positive attitude.
● Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines.
● College degree; BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or Communication
